Some of the biggest brands in the UK's heating and plumbing market descended on Leicester College to meet local installers at Pochin’s Heat Talk trade show.

More than 125 heating installers and engineers from the East Midlands were shown the latest developments in heating products including boilers, radiators and controls, as well as the Instinct own label plumbing and heating range.

Brands exhibiting included Glow-worm, Honeywell Controls, Speedfit, Vaillant, Alpha, Worcester, Bosch Group, L&M Heating Supplies, Monument Tools, Inta, Joule Energy Solutions, Vogue, Scalemaster, Smart Controls and Grundfos.

The event was hosted by Leicester College, where Pochin is a key sponsor of its apprenticeship courses.

Pochin’s managing director, David Pochin, said: “The attendance of more than 125 installers was outstanding and I would like to thank all of our customers for taking time out to attend and also my team, led by Chris Cairns, for putting the event together.

“The trade show emphasises the high level of interest in new product developments among our customer base which is very encouraging.

“It is fitting that we hosted this successful event at Leicester College, which is where the newest entrants to our trade are also encouraged to develop new skills and to strive for excellence in the services they will provide.”
