Flame Heating Spares is launching an equipment lease service helping installers to avoid unnecessary downtime.
The company, which has trade counters in Gateshead and Durham, has made the facility available for installers whose flue gas analysers are sent away for servicing.
John Savage, managing director of Flame Heating Spares, said: “The number of analysers in use has grown massively and this means the manufacturers can’t calibrate them and get them back to the installers in as fast a time as they had previously been able. This means that some tradesmen are finding themselves unable to carry out basic jobs which are care to their business.
“By providing a leasing service, which we believe is unique among merchants in the UK, we are helping these installers to avoid downtime, and the response has been excellent. In the short time we have piloted this service, word has spread across the country, which shows there is a huge demand for leasing the analysers.”
