Ridgeons recognised the long service of 52 employees at its annual Long Service Awards reception.
Employees from 18 of the group's 25 branches came together and joined Ridgeons' directors and family members for a dedicated celebratory lunch at the Pampisford branch, Cambridge. Seven employees were recognised for 20 years of service, 14 employees for 15 years and 31 employees for 10 years.
Ridgeons' non-executive director Amanda Ridgeon presented individuals with a framed, signed certificate in acknowledgment of their continued commitment. The frames were handcrafted by team leader Eddie Hart at the group's timber processing plant in Herringswell.
Director Gordon Ridgeon, who hosted the event, said: "The Ridgeons' Long Service Awards luncheon provides us with the perfect opportunity to celebrate the long service achievements of our employees, while thanking them for their continued commitment.

In addition to the certificate signed by vice chairman David Ridgeon MBE and deputy chairman Johnnie Sam, employees received a specially designed lapel pin, featuring the achieved years of service. They also received an improved financial package.
