Bond It has made two key appointments to its national sales force. Tim Jennings and Lee Allan have both joined the business as area sales managers with responsibility for territories covering South Wales and East Scotland respectively.

David Moore, managing director at Bond It, said of the appointments: “As a business, Bond It continues to go from strength to strength and we are seeing sustained and impressive growth in demand for our products. To ensure our standards of service keep pace with an expanding customer base and to help facilitate plans for further success and growth, we are delighted to welcome Tim and Lee to the team.”

Prior to joining Bond It, Mr Jennings held sales roles in a number of family owned businesses involved in areas closely related to the construction industry - including landscaping supplies and architectural ironmongery. Tim Jennings

Similarly, Mr Allan has past experience of the trade having spent almost two decades in the building and roofline industry. For a significant proportion of his career, he has held branch manager posts with national distributors of fascias, soffits, cladding and other PVC-U building materials.

Mr Allan’s post is newly created and actually results from Bond It’s recent decision to restructure its sales force; splitting a territory that had previously covered all of Scotland into two - West Scotland and East Scotland. This has enabled the business to offer customers in both areas increased levels of coverage and greater access to field-based sales advice and support.

As Lee Allanpart of the same restructuring, Bond It also promoted two existing areas sales managers into new regional manager roles. Karl Radwan, formerly area sales manager for the North West, now heads up all of Bond It’s field-based sales professionals in the North, while Roger Etherington, formerly area sales manager for the West Midlands, enjoys the same responsibility for the South.

By strengthening its middle management tier, Bond It is aiming to ensure continued strong leadership and direction, as well as impressive levels of responsiveness as the business rapidly expands.
