Material handling company, Linde, has appointed Mark Sullivan as the new head of customer service based in the company’s Basingstoke office.

Mr Sullivan brings over 30 years of experience to the role following a 25-year career with the company.

He said: “I am delighted to have been promoted to this role and am looking forward to embarking on this new challenge as head of after sales. After more than 20 years at Linde, I feel confident that I can draw from my experience in a range of sectors within the company, to offer Linde customers an even better service.

“My aim is to develop on the activity managed by my predecessor and to improve on our outstanding service in the UK and to grow the operation in 2014.”

Mr Sullivan will now be responsible for heading up customer services in the UK and ensuring that Linde customers continue to receive only the highest standards when it comes to delivery, parts, training and support.
