Minster Royston along with some of the industry’s leading suppliers held an open day for local customers, giving them an opportunity to view product showcases and gain a practical insight on product application methods.
Since its move from Cambridge to Royston a year ago, Minster has seen its customer base grow rapidly. With the support of British Gypsum, Kingspan and Saint-Gobain Weber, Minster was able to facilitate hands on training for a range of applications including render systems, ceilings, flat roof insulation and tapered systems.
James Hanson of Hanson Homes said: “The event held by Minster Royston was definitely worthwhile. Having manufacturers like British Gypsum, Kingspan and Weber at our doorstep meant that we gained a credible insight. Aside from the live demo’s that were here, we got to network with other local businesses, which is always beneficial.”
Over 60 businesses from the Hertfordshire area were in attendance throughout the course of the day including White Roofing services, Kershaw Group, Roofing Contractors Cambridge and Kershaw Contracting Services to name but a few.
