Suppliers including Makita, Ideal Standard, Marley and Symphony, provided expert advice to our customers on their projects, while five lucky customers who entered a prize draw won an iPad.

There were branded giveaways, games and challenges and free food for our customers to enjoy. One lucky winner, Shaun Dyer, also won an LG 43-inch TV, as part of the account-holders evening.

There has also been the introduction of high-level racking, allowing for 30% more stock to be available to customers, while the branch layout has been redesigned to ensure more staff are available to assist customers.

An upgraded software system will also allow the merchant to serve customers much quicker, allowing them have more time on-site. Huws Gray Ridgeons is making changes and improvements across all branches, with March being the first to undergo the changes.

Branch Manager John Mortlock said: “We had an excellent week which was enjoyed by all of our customers, suppliers and colleagues. We made sure the event not only highlighted the changes to the branch and the new products that we have introduced but we also made it a fun week.

“The changes we have made have completely transformed the branch and we are all extremely proud of what we have achieved.”
