The Opportunity

Due to continued success and increased demand for their products, they are now looking to expand their sales administration team with the appointment of a Senior Sales Administrator to work alongside their specification sales team and support them at every stage of a project.

The position is extremely dynamic and will involve a combination of technical, estimating, sales and administration support duties coupled with customer service and shipping duties.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

· Raising and chasing quotations.

· Handling customer requests.

· Appointment setting for the field sales Manager

· Answering customer queries on the phone/email.

· Maintaining client records.

· Ensure products are shipped in time and maintain a list of all shipments schedules for weeks ahead.

· Establish and develop a good working relationship between colleagues.

· Perform sales duties and sell successfully when sales managers are away on calls.

· Provide regular reports informing sales executives and managers about product deliveries/any issues that arise

Person Specification

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to enjoy working within a competitive and challenging business environment and have experience of working in a faced-paced office environment alongside a small team.

The position will also require the following skills and knowledge;

· Strong commercial awareness

· Experience in handling estimating and quotations

· An understanding of scheduling will be an advantage

· Experience in dealing with a range of customers

· Experience in liaising with Architects, Local Authorities and Specifiers will also be an advantage

· Ability to read technical drawings (advantageous but not essential)

· Experience working in the construction industry (advantageous but not essential)

· Excellent IT and Administration skills

· At least 5 years sales experience


Full product training will be provided

Working hours MON-FRI (8.30am- 5.30pm)
