Rudridge has promoted Emma Taylor and Paul Duke to Commercial Finance Manager and Sales Director respectively.
Taylor, who joined the groundwork and materials supplier as Financial Controller two and a half years ago, will take up the role of Commercial Finance Manager. She will be responsible for overseeing the company’s finance, credit services and admin departments.
Taylor said: “I am delighted to be taking on the role of Commercial Finance Manager. Rudridge is a fantastic place to work thanks to the great relationships that exist between our team, customers and suppliers. I am looking forward to working together with Paul to lead Rudridge into an exciting future.”
Duke has worked at Rudridge since the business began, starting off as Branch Manager at Farnham. He will move from General Manager of the Farnham branch to become the Sales Director.
He will be responsible for focusing on Rudridge’s sales, operations and strategic direction and leading all of its branch managers, sales and estimating teams.
Duke said: “These are incredibly exciting times for Rudridge. I am very much looking forward to what the future holds and continuing to deliver the outstanding customer service that we are renowned for.”
