Border Merchant Systems, a supplier of dedicated merchant software, will be hosting a series of Customer User Meetings in November.

Border’s User Meetings are designed to really help CounterAct users get the most from their investment in the system. They are also a great networking opportunity for clients to exchange thoughts, views and ideas on how they are using their CounterAct technology.

The day will include a full review of the CounterAct developments during the last 12 months including sight of new enhancements that will be in the latest release - CounterAct issue (2-6B). This release includes a number of improvements to CounterAct’s graphical point of sale and customer order screens to further streamline and improve the order entry process. Border will also show its brand new series of YouTube videos detailing what is covered in this new release.

Border will demonstrate how it can provide merchants with tailor-made trading websites that are fully integrated with CounterAct by using the Magento E Commerce platform and will also show some examples of trading web sites that have been created and discuss future plans.

Border will also be launching phase 1 of its Business-to-Business web portal at the meeting. This new option will allow CounterAct customers to provide account management facilities to its business account customers via a secure on-line portal.

Other developments to be presented will include Special Training Topics, Support/Training Review and the new Option for CounterAct Labels (BarTender).

To finish there will be a discussion on Border’s future development plans for CounterAct. The user meeting is a vital tool in providing feedback from users on what additional facilities they wish to see added to CounterAct in the future.

The meetings will take place on:

  • • Northern User Meeting - 7th November, Manchester
  • • Midlands User Meeting - 8th November, Market Harborough
  • • South/West User Meeting - 9th November, Cardiff

The User Meetings are free and available to all current CounterAct users. For further information or to book a place please contact the Support Department at Border Merchant Systems support@bordermerchantsystems.co.uk
