General Building Plastics (GB Plastics) has announced two significant developments for its local branch and trade counter in Banbury.

GB Plastics has appointed Scott Calvert (pictured) as manager of the Banbury branch. It has also moved to new, larger premises at Unit 11 on the town’s Swan Industrial Estate.

The company first opened a trade counter in the town in July 2006, then moved to bigger branch premises on the Swan Industrial Estate in March 2013, and this year has moved again to the new unit nearby, in a move that further expands the range and support to local tradespeople and residents.

“GB Plastics is a really good, well established family business,” said Mr Calvert. “The Banbury team has an excellent reputation for its knowledge and customer service, and have been supportive of me in this new role, as has the company’s whole team both regionally and at its Staffordshire head office.
