For the second year in a row, Plumb Center has been named the number one rated bathroom brand in the Which? customer survey 2016. The survey rated Plumb Center 30% ahead of another well-known brand.
The survey, which was carried out in May 2016, collected the views of 2,391 Which? members who had installed a bathroom in the last five years. Customers gave Plumb Center a five-star rating on customer service, quality of products and finish, and a four-star rating for value for money. Scores were also awarded on how satisfied customers were with the brand and whether or not they would recommend it to friend.
Richard Redfern, category director for Plumb Center, said: “We are so proud to again top the Which? best bathroom companies list. This is an especially important acknowledgement for us as it’s voted for by our installers’ customers.
“Knowing that they are happy with the service we provide and have rated us above some of the leading bathroom companies in the nation is very gratifying. This report demonstrates that all the work we do to help installers deliver the best possible service for their customers has not gone unnoticed.”
