Keyline has strengthened its utilities division with the appointment of Sue Giffard as a new business development manager for the North West and North East of the UK.

Ms Giffard will be looking after contractors and customers in the area as well as working closely with branch and account managers in order to raise the profile of the utilities division of Keyline.

Commenting on her new role, Ms Giffard, said: “The entire company has been extremely welcoming and made me feel part of the team from the very first day. Keyline have made the transition from working in manufacturing to distribution as smooth and easy as possible. I look forward to my future with them.”

Dean Wheatley, head of sector for utilities and traffic management at Keyline, added: “Sue will play a crucial role leading the business development team as the utilities division works to expand in the North of the UK. Sue possesses a natural business acumen and strong leadership skills, as well as an extensive technical knowledge due to her years of industry experience. This combination will ensure she can thrive in this role.”
