The Guild of Architectural Ironmongers (GAI) has appointed two new membership services officers to work at its head office in London as part of its ongoing commitment to provide additional support and services to its 200 plus members.

Harry Evans has been appointed as a membership services officer focusing on the Guild’s education portfolio, and to support the Institute of Architectural Ironmongers’ (IAI) branch meetings and administration.

Davina King is the other membership services officer, with particular responsibility for the management of the GAI and IAI’s subscriptions and membership database, the issuing of membership certificates, for the distribution of the Guild’s quarterly magazine, the AIJ, and for all financial matters.

Gary Amer, chief executive of the GAI, said: “We now have a team at full strength, and Mr Evans and Ms King have already made a significant impact on improving our responsiveness to our members’ needs. It is great to have their additional expertise and energy within the Guild, and I’m sure members will be pleased to meet them at our events throughout the year.”
