Delivering up to minute news and information to tablets and smartphones, the new free app from BSS, distributor of heating and pipeline products and services, is packed with useful features to help customers.
The Branch Finder details the nearest BSS branch to your current location, its opening hours and contact details, and the route from your current location to the branch, available in list or map view.
The app also enables customers to submit quotation requests and to browse through the services offered by BSS, including the BOSS Technical Team, providing product and application advice to ensure the right product is specified, and Hire-It, which provides equipment hire delivered within four hours.
Jason Currall, marketing manager at BSS, said: “Obviously, the way contractors and installers want to interact with their suppliers has changed over the past few years; and this app is our response to these modern ways of working. Not only will customers benefit from better information from services, they will also have more immediate access to sales promotions, offers and other news from the company”.
The app is available to download through the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
