Graham Plumbers’ Merchant has continued to invest significantly in its network with a number of new branches, relocations and renovations.

The latter half of 2015 saw continued investment in Wales and the south west with new branches in Bodmin, Totnes, Haverfordwest and Salisbury, bringing the total number to nearly 190 across the UK.

The new additions in Devon and Cornwall follow the relocation of the Plymouth hub branch to larger premises in February 2015. All these branches are located on the same sites as Jewson, giving customers access to a full range of building materials alongside the comprehensive range of specialist plumbing and heating supplies available at Graham.

In addition to new branches, the Northampton branch has been relocated to the new site it now shares with Jewson and CTD on Heathfield Way. Furthermore, Graham has updated all of its existing branches with the aim of providing customers with bright, modern and well-designed branches.

“We are committed to making it as easy as possible for our customers to get the products they need quickly and efficiently,” explained Ian Kenny, marketing director at Graham. “To achieve this, we are opening more branches across the UK and selecting locations that offer easy access to not just our own specialist supplies – but the more general building materials from Jewson, which might also be required to complete jobs that day. If we can reduce the time spent by trade professionals driving around to pick up materials – we can help them become more efficient.”

Ensuring easy access to products is crucial for Graham customers. As such, along with branch investments, Graham demonstrated its commitment through the Always Available range and the Graham Promise. If an item is ordered from the Always Available range and is out of stock - Graham will give customers £10 off their next purchase.
