John Nicholls (Trading) is set to strengthen its position within Bicester and Oxfordshire by opening a new “Supersite” in early 2016.
This marks the next stage of the company’s expansion plans after the acquisition of J&B’s Plumbing & Heating Merchants in late 2014, and the opening of its first high street bathroom solutions showroom in Kidlington in May this year, increasing the number of branches and showrooms within the Nicholls Group to 16.
The new site at Bicester will be the largest single site within the Nicholls Group - consisting of 40,000 sq ft of warehouse and office space, as well as a large yard area.
The new site will incorporate all the Nicholls core businesses such as Building & Timber, Plumbing & Heating, Kitchens & Bathrooms and new business ventures including trade services, direct-to-site delivery options, van-size parking spaces and an in-branch cafe for our customer comfort.
