A new kitchen and bathroom showroom opening was celebrated at RGB Building Supplies’ South Molton branch on 1 July, an occasion that also marked the branch’s 10th anniversary.

The Mayor of South Molton, councillor David Goodman, was in attendance to complete the showroom's official opening.

As well as being able to view kitchen displays, customers had the opportunity to take part in a competitions being staged by RGB suppliers. These included artificial turf manufacturer Namgrass testing people’s golf skills, roof window manufacturer Keylite holding a window fitting competition and adhesives company Bostik inviting football fans to take part in a penalty shootout. Visitors enjoyed a free hog roast and birthday cake.

Violet Hancock, RGB South Molton’s branch manager, said: “It’s a completely new offering for the local area and we look forward to welcoming those that work in the trade and people looking to update their own homes.

We are extremely proud to have been part of the South Molton community for the past 10 years and we’re delighted that customers old and new came to celebrate with us. Here’s to the next 10!”
