Eurocell’s Banbury branch may only have been open a few weeks, but it’s already proving a firm favourite with local traders.

A GRP roof training session was recently held at the branch, and brought together tradespeople from throughout Oxfordshire. Those who attended were treated to a complimentary breakfast, as well as a full training session on how to become a Eurocell certified GRP roofing installer.

Eurocell customers who enrol on the training roadshow at one of the 135-plus Eurocell branches and become a certified GRP roofing installer find it a highly effective way of gaining new business from customers looking for a flat roof solution that is heat, storm, frost, fire, foot and impact resistant. It is an added bonus when they can source the system at a local Eurocell branch, along with over 4,000 other high-quality building plastics products.

Everyone who attended the GRP roofing road show at Banbury was entered into a free prize draw for a Makita Jobsite Radio. P&R Roofing was named the winner.

Peter Wilson from P&R Roofing said: “We were impressed with what the new Eurocell branch in Banbury has to offer and will be using it going forward on a regular basis. It’s located just a couple of miles from our business and has a great layout and range of products. We like the fact that Eurocell is always looking at ways to help us grow our business and the GRP roof training session highlighted a number of new opportunities for us.”

Eurocell has high expectations for the Banbury branch, which is among 10 new openings planned for this year alone, taking the total to 140 nationally.

Gary Horobin, Eurocell’s regional manager - central, said: “Being close to Junction 11 of the M40 makes our new Banbury branch very accessible for customers. We would like to thank all the customers who attended our GRP training session. We had an excellent turnout and the feedback we received has been extremely positive.”

Each of the new branches opening this year will include large-format trade counters, as well as the latest product displays. This includes Skypod skylights, The Dales Collection of composite doors for 2015 and Aspect bi-fold doors, plus the Equinox tiled conservatory roof.

Opening times for the Banbury branch are: 07:30am to 17:00pm, Monday to Friday, and 08:30am to 12:00pm on Saturday.

The branch can be found at: Unit A2/20C, Wildmere Road Industrial Estate, Banbury OX16 3JU. To contact the branch, call: 01295 271710 or visit: www.eurocell.co.uk.
