Join CRASH and BMN at this year's Windsor Half Marathon to raise money for charity in beautiful surroundings
2015 sees the 33rd running of the Windsor Half Marathon, so why not tie up your trainers and take part? Whether you run, jog or walk the spectacular course, each mile completed on 27 September, 2015, will raise money for CRASH, the founding charity of this unique event.
Set in the grounds of the magnificent Windsor Castle, CRASH has teamed up with Builders’ Merchants News to create a wonderful opportunity for colleagues, family and friends throughout the industry to come together to raise money to help homeless men and women. If 13.1 miles is a step too far for you, why not sign up for the Glynn Shefford Memorial Run (approximately 2 miles) instead, which is open to anyone over the age of 10?
The CRASH team will be on hand throughout the day to provide entertainment and welcome distractions in the form of refreshments, a raffle and the now infamous massage chairs. For the little ones there will be face painting and party games to keep them occupied.
Why not make a company day of it and bring along a picnic, invite the family and join in the fun?
CRASH places cost £35 to register, and runners are asked to raise a minimum of £100 in sponsorship. Teams of 10 and over will receive a framed photographic memento of the day to display on the office wall.
