SCA has appointed Simon Messam as senior business development manager.
Mr Messam has been appointed to focus on SCA’s major merchant accounts and will provide extensive experience gained over 30 years within the UK’s timber supply sector.
He joins SCA having formerly worked for Metsä Wood UK as its national sales manager.
SCA Timber Supply UK managing director, John Griffiths, said: “We are delighted to welcome Simon on board; he further strengthens our team following our other recent senior appointments.”
