Since moving to a new UK headquarters in April 2014, Ariston has continued to invest in business development, ensuring a sustained period of growth and success.

Building upon its recent acquisition of ATAG Heating, the company is looking to the future having recruited six new graduates in its sales, marketing and logistics departments. In addition, there is ongoing investment in a series of nationwide, state-of-the-art training centres.

The graduate training schemes are running alongside internal programmes for existing Ariston employees, tailored to enhance each individual’s skillsets and aid their professional development. Both these schemes have been implemented to improve and expand Ariston’s business customer care.

Ariston has also invested in nine new training centres throughout the UK, each offering free courses on the company’s high efficiency gas boilers. These offer both theory sessions and hands-on, practical classroom experience – including expert tuition on understanding the operational parameters, how to commission the boiler and install a multi-zone system.

Commenting on the latest developments, Mustafa Findik, managing director of Ariston UK, said: “We are keen to build upon our existing market share by expanding our team and building for the future. Indeed, as a company, we are constantly striving to improve our offering – whether it’s by investing in R&D for optimum products, or in training our staff or installer partners. Doing so will see us strengthen our position as a leading UK heating manufacturer, as well as help grow the Ariston brand.”
